Over the past 20 years, Janine has led global accounts, supported multidisciplinary teams, driven agency growth, and overseen day-to-day operations. Janine is passionate about building strong relationships, motivating teams, and creating environments where great work can thrive. Outside of work, she enjoys countryside life with her dog Woody, swapping agency pace for muddy walks, fresh air, and the occasional reminder that not every meeting attendee understands personal space.

The one where I tell people that I performed in the opening ceremony of the 2012 Olympics. It’s an oldie but a goodie, and still one of the best experiences.
